  • Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping promotions for qualifying orders. These will be advertised on the site when available.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided or by visiting the carrier’s website.


5. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.

  • AllexMart is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


6. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Natural disasters

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Damaged Packages: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at globaltradellcmart@gmail.com with photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you did not receive the item, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If unresolved, contact us.
