Refunds & Return
1. Overview

2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

3. How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, email us with details and photos at globaltradellcmart@gmail.com.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your payment provider; it may take time before your refund is officially posted

9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, orders may already be processed or shipped. In such cases, a return must be initiated after delivery.
